She is an assistant professor at the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences. She received her degree in Economics in 2012 at the same university. She defended her PhD degree in 2022. She is teaching currently business communication, leadership and organising, management and leadership, intercultural business communication, communication at the workplace, introduction to management, human resource management, career management, organisational culture, talent management. Her main research areas are the atypical work, the relationship between organisational culture and internal organisational communication, furthermore the integrative influence of internal organisational communication.

Between 2016 and 2017, she was the manager of the Jubilee Project Office in the Jubilee 650 project. Since 2015, she has been a certified mentor at the PTE KTK Talent Point. She became a qualified Business Coach in June 2021.
