Principal Investigator, psychologist and organization researcher. She holds a habilitation degree in social sciences and serves as the head of the Department of Strategy and Leadership at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. In addition to her academic work, she also works as a psychotherapist at the Psycho-oncology Clinic of the Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, as well as in private practice at the Psychotherapy Center "Konteksty."
