Dr. hab. Agnieszka Postuła is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategy and Leadership at the Faculty of Management at University of Warsaw, she is the head of the Leadership Unit.
Her interests embrace the anthropology of organizations and she conducts field research in several areas as: communication, professions, socio-professional roles, culture, and recently - managerial education.
At the same time, her interests include training in team building, group work, interpersonal communication and negotiations, which she uses in her coaching and consulting work. So far, she has conducted classes in negotiations (including business and international negotiations), theory of organization and management, anthropology of organizations, methodology of qualitative research in organizations, team building and intercultural management from undergraduate to Executive MBA studies.

At the Faculty of Management at University of Warsaw she is the author and manager of the Postgraduate Management Studies "Negotiations in Business" and "Project Management". Recently, she published a book “Współczesna edukacja menedżerska. Badania etnograficzne” (Warszawa: Poltext).
