Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of management science. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Faculty of Foreign Trade and Ph.D. studies) and Kozminski University (CSR). He also completed courses at the Stockholm School of Economics (management) and at Churchill College, Cambridge (international trade).

He has more than 20 years of managerial experience in sales, marketing and communications, including executive positions on management boards.

He has served on the supervisory boards of listed and non-listed companies for more than 10 years.

He is an active member of the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers, the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members and other organizations.

He conducts classes and lectures on strategic management, strategic analysis, ESG and corporate governance at the University of Warsaw and Collegium Civitas.
