We are pleased to announce that on 9-11.06.2023 there was a meeting of representatives of all partners participating in the Visegrad project: “Supporting mental health in organizations: developing future business leaders”.

The meeting was held in Warsaw, at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. 

It had a workshop character. 

During the meeting, participants exchanged good practices used at universities to take care of the mental well-being of students and lecturers. 

We also talked about various types of solutions that can be applied in organizations, and most importantly, we shared the conclusions of the interviews that were conducted in each country (Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary).

Based on the collected research material, the whole group developed a preliminary framework for the workshop for future leaders, a pilot of which we will conduct soon.
