Courses and Syllabus

Below you will find two documents: a syllabus and a detailed scenario.
The classes were created in cooperation with an international project team based on research conducted in four Visegrad countries: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. By examining the needs of potential workshop participants, the lesson plan meets the current needs for developing soft skills helpful in maintaining good mental health.
