She is an assistant professor at the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences. She received her PhD degree in 2021, the topic of the dissertation was organizational career development practice and its tools. Her research area is human resource management, with a focus on career development. Besides, she is interested in employer branding and innovative recruitment methods. She has already managed several research projects regarding these topics.

The subjects she teaches can also be classified mainly in the field of HR (mainly career and knowledge management, as well as talent management). Since 2015, she has been a certified mentor at the Talent Spot of her Faculty. She became a qualified Business Coach in June 2021. Right now, she is studying in the Management Trainer educational program of her faculty.
