Gábor Balogh, PhD works as an associate professor at University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences. He is the head of Talent- and Competence Development Center (TalentSpot) of the Faculty. Since 2016 he is a member and since 2019 he is the secretary of the Working Committee on Communication Management of Hungarian Scientific Academy’s Committee of Business Administration Sciences. His teaching and research fields: human resource management (HRM), career and talent management, coaching, communication management. He is member of CRANET international network for global HRM survey.

Since 2014 he works as a coordinator at Competence and Talent Development Center of the Faculty in charge of student competence survey. He has a mentor and business coach qualifications with over 300 hours of practice and almost 10 years experience in coaching/mentoring. He has been awarded an accreditation as a coach at the level of senior practitioner at EMCC global. He is a certified management trainer. He got PhD degree in 2014 at Doctoral School of Regional Policy and Economics in topic of talent management. He achieved the next scientific degree (habilitation) in 2021 in topic of international comparative HRM.
