She teaches psychology and management at the Prague University of Economics and Business and Psychological Interpretation of Art at the Prague School of Creative Communication. As a licensed counseling psychologist, she also has a private counseling practice. In her work with clients, she mainly uses knowledge and techniques from psychotherapy training in transactional analysis and Jungian psychoanalysis.

Her hobbies include creative writing, fashion, business, and art. Her research interests are cultural anthropology, social psychology, and behavioral economics. Her intercultural experience consists of studying and teaching abroad (Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, etc.) and working with foreign students.
