Magdaléna Musilová
Magdaléna Musilová is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University Bratislava. She has university background in (human rights) law (Comenius university 2014, Central European University 2021) and (financial) management (Comenius University MA 2016, PhD. 2019). She teaches courses related to financial management and economics.Her research interests lie in the area of labour economics and law, gender equality, discrimination on labour market, sexual harassment, organizations and worker’s rights and ethical investing.
She has been involved in various projects both on national and international level. She was a member of a team responsible for preparation and implementation of a system of reporting and resolving of the cases of sexual harassment within Comenius University. She regularly provides workshops on the topic of sexual harassment. She is also active in the NGO sector in Slovakia, especially concentrating on women’s rights and the situation of human rights defenders.
