Małgorzata Kuczara, PhD
She is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategy and Leadership, Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. She received her PhD degree in 2023, the topic of the dissertation considered practices of strategy committees in supervisory boards. Her research interests focus on strategic management, international business, corporate governance and board practices. In addition, she is interested in applying mindfulness practices in strategy and leadership. She was recently a visiting professor at Kathmandu University School of Management.
